About this course
Learners will be introduced to different modal of business strategy being SWOT analysis, Porter’s five forces, PEST analysis etc.
Learners will be exposed to the importance of corporate planning, impact of business decision making and different types of leadership. Finally , contingency planning and crisis management will be discussed
