About Me
I am a systems developer, solution architect and digital transformation consultant turned founder, with over 20 years of experience across banking, consulting, automation, platform design and technology leadership. I founded Stageo to give trainers, coaches, tutors, consultants and independent experts a proper digital stage to package their expertise, get booked, deliver online and grow with more control. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems and human expertise. I believe AI will change how knowledge work is delivered, but it will not remove the need for human judgment, trust, accountability and lived experience. Stageo was not built to replace practitioners. It was built to help human expertise become more visible, more bookable and more commercially active in the AI-shaped digital economy.

I help organisations and independent professionals scale with the right systems, structure and strategy. Over the past 20 years, I have coded systems, led core banking work, delivered regulatory technology projects and advised teams through complex digital transformation across Asia and Europe. My work has covered banking automation, data quality, reporting systems, platform design, user experience and business process improvement. I bring a mix of deep technical experience and business clarity. Whether I am building a platform from scratch, fixing a broken workflow or helping someone sharpen a business offer, I focus on what actually moves the needle. Before Stageo, I founded and led Metriqa, where I built enterprise technology solutions for financial institutions. Today, I am building Stageo to give independent experts the digital rails to turn expertise into a real, visible and scalable business.
