About Me
I’m Kathrina Chin, Founder of Ascend Pulse, a Confidence & Personal Branding Strategist, corporate trainer, and host of Reaching Lives with Kathrina podcast My work is centred around one question: **How do we become confident enough to be seen, heard and remembered for who are and what values are we delivering?** After more than 17 years in sales and marketing, I went through a major personal and professional transition that forced me to rebuild my confidence, redefine my identity and rethink how I wanted to show up in the world. That experience shaped the work I do today. Through programmes such as Confidence Accelerator™, I help professionals uncover their strengths, communicate their value, build confidence in their own voice and develop a personal brand that feels authentic rather than performative. I host Reaching Lives with Kathrina podcast, where I speak with CEOs, founders and leaders about leadership, resilience, purpose and the human experiences behind success. These conversations continuously shape the real-world insights I bring into my training. My approach combines personal reflection, practical frameworks, communication, storytelling and real-world application.
