About Me

"I AM NOT TEACHING YOU. I AM PREPARING YOU." My name is Coach Azmy, and I am the Academy Director. I am a CTBE-certified Coach since 2018, who helps non-native management professionals, utilizing English as a tool using Executive Coaching methods. And most recently, I received a program diploma in Professional Career Skills which comprises of Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication, and Teamwork & Leadership. My teaching methodologies are: Personalized Education & Inquiry-Based Learning. My sessions will take the student-centered approach to a new level by, as much as possible, responding to each individual learner’s unique needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Each student gets a learning plan that's based on what he or she knows and how he or she learns best (all of this via a Needs Analysis form). Through individualized 'tactics and strategies', learning is tailored to the student. It provides numerous and yet-to-be-discovered advantages for both the teacher and the student.

My Experience

5 Years in teaching Business English online. I have more than 20 years of industrial experience, spanning over 6 different careers, using English as a medium of instruction. My lessons are suitable for those who are aspiring to become Managers or Directors in the future. Important: I will only take adult working students. I do not take schoolchildren.
